Description & Reflection
Our goal in this assignment was to choose a bias or disorder that you feel many students suffer from currently and my team and I chose declinism. The group project consisted of us talking about many factors and a few of them were, "What is Declinism", how it affects students and what resources you can find on and off-campus. This group project was really eye-opening for me. I realized that many students suffer from biases and disorders such as declinism and imposter syndrome. This group project allowed me to understand how important it is to take care of your mental health and to not be hard on yourself. I learned that being kind to yourself and giving yourself grace, even when you are having a rough time, is one of the best ways to boost your mental health.  

Scholarships and Engaged learning

 Description & Reflection
This assignment was called the Engaged learning and leadership activity. The whole idea of this activity was that we chose a site and talked more about it and how it can assist you in the future. My group and I chose to talk about scholarships. Our slides ranged from showing others how to sign up for scholarships to showing them how the best scholarship essay should be formatted. I learned a lot from this project because I did not know how many resources we had that could help us with our scholarships.
